Before joining Fiddleheads Advertising, Autumn built a distinguished career at Effectv (formerly Comcast Spotlight), where she held several leadership roles during her time there.
As a Local Sales Manager at Effectv, Autumn led her team to exceed sales goals, driven by her focus on strategic media planning, team development, and operational efficiency. She successfully identified high-impact opportunities for traditional and emerging media, including retail and political campaigns, while coaching her team to deliver strong, client-centered outcomes.
Autumn’s expertise spans across traditional advertising through research-based television campaigns, advanced digital platforms, with extensive experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and Marketo to uncover insights and optimize campaigns. Her background includes managing complex CTV/OTT, SEO, SEM, and addressable advertising strategies, along with deep familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and supply-side systems (SSPs).
Prior to her leadership roles, Autumn honed her analytical and storytelling skills as a Research Analyst and Marketing Specialist, building a foundation in media trends, audience behavior, and multi-channel communication.
